How can I use EFT to open myself for new relationship?

You have to deal with your feelings after breaking up with your EX?

Any break up is painful.
The pain leads to several feelings: sadness, anger,
Women tend to cry which help to discharge the sadness.
However, fear builds up, fear of getting hurt again, fear that freeze the person actions.
You end up close, protected and lonely.
On the other hand, there is also feeling of anger that needs to be addressed in order to be completely clean and enjoy the freedom to choose again and enjoy a relationship again.
So the following is a suggestion for set-up sentences that can help YOU in your personal EFT session.
The idea is to go through the different possible feelings you might still have inside of you and CLEAN them out.

Even though I have this SADNESS,
I deeply and completely LOVE and Accept myself.

Even though I was HURT and I am full of PAIN,
I deeply and completely LOVE and Accept myself.

Even though I am still ANGRY at my ex,
I deeply and completely LOVE and Accept myself
and I choose to FORGIVE and be anger free.

Even though I have this ANGER inside me,
I deeply and completely LOVE and Accept myself
and I choose to be anger free.

The _problem_ could be anything you choose to focus upon in order to eliminate or reduce its effect whether it is a physical pain or a fear (a painful thought).
Do this at least 3 times. Take a deep breath after each time and pause for a moment. That is it. Have a better time and a healthier life.

The list of possible feelings you might still have or had in the past is very long.
Try to pick the one you suspect holding you back or need your attention and cleaning.
